PICTORIAL GUIDELINES & PARAMETERS

BRING YOUR OWN UNDERGARMENTS

For MALE: should wear a light-colored long-sleeved collared shirt and dark-colored necktie, which the student will provide. (For Enderun students) Please bring your appropriate corporate uniform (ha/ba/ca)tie, coat and pin.

For FEMALE: should wear a blouse with a low neckline (tube, spaghetti strap) top. The top must not be seen under the V-neck of the toga.

USE OF JEWELRY

We advise the students not to wear jewelry. If ever, only minimal amount of jewelry, such as earrings, is allowed. For earrings, only stud earrings will be permitted. Strictly, no dangling earrings.

 

MAKE-UP AND HAIRSTYLE

Students may come in made-up (with their make-up and hairstyle), but it will not be discounted or converted to creative make over in the package. Retakes because of make-up and hairstyle done by make-up artists other than the studio’s, will be charged.

Make-up or hairstyle retouch or alteration is not allowed. If you scheduled your creative shoot on a different day, your make-up and hairstyling services are not included anymore. You will have to avail of the make-up and hairstyling services separately. Any additional make-up and/or hairstyle will be charged.

Personal make-up artists are not allowed within the venue.

Avoid putting on hair products on the day of pictorial because it may hinder in styling your hair. Unless you prefer to come in with your own hairstyle, ready for the shoot (No restyling by our stylist)

Call the attention of the make-up artist if you have allergic reactions to make-up, restricted by religion, or some other reasons for non-application of make-up.

 

POSES AND EFFECTS

We will allow 6 poses to choose from per set (Toga, CA Jacket, Corporate Uniform, Creative) but we will only select 1 pose/shot from all the 6 selections per set.

There shall be no restrictions with the poses but we shall not be held liable in anyway for the consequences that the poses may bring. All of the poses shall be voluntary and by free will. Students may object to poses given to them if they feel uncomfortable with it.

Students who will do daring poses may request that he/she be done last so that there will be lesser people around.

We encourage students to bring in their own costume/concept for originality. There will be Magazines available for creative poses.

Use of water or fire during the shoot for creative concept is strictly prohibited.

PETS ARE ALLOWED if the venue permits, and the owner shall be held responsible for any untoward incidents that may arise due to this.

Background Change and other effects in the editing of the creative pose will be charged. The background and effects should be provided by the student in a High-resolution file saved in cd, no cd file-no background change. Payment shall be made upon return of editing form. It is also advised that concepts be shown to the photographer and creative director during the shoot.

 

TIME SLOT

Come in time, at least 45 mins, before your schedule to give yourself time to settle in and be relaxed during the shoot.

There will be a 30-min (THIRTY MINUTE) time frame per student for make up and hair styling done by our stylist.

Each student will be given maximum of 15 minutes for his or her pictorial slot

 

BARKADA OR GROUP SHOT (OPTIONAL)

There shall be only 1 batch and concept for the shot. Change of group members and attires is not allowed during the shoot. Max. of 6 persons per group. More than 6 persons will result very small images in the wallet size prints.

If a member of a group shot will avail of make-up or hairstyle, it shall depend on the availability of the make-up artists since students with packages shall be the priority.

 

CONFIDENTIALITY & SECURITY

We may use the output of the shots for marketing purposes unless otherwise specified by the student.

Anybody in the venue that is not registered shall be asked to leave for security purposes.

Keep an eye on your belongings during the pictorial. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damages.

Personal cams are allowed but the flash must be off to avoid it from interfering with the studio equipment and it should not in anyway cause delay for the pictorial proper.
